Boxing Records
If you are interested in becoming a boxer, you may want to try to beat the world records. After all, it is one thing to be strong, and quite another to be the strongest. Unfortunately, it can be quite hard to beat world boxing records. This is because the people who set them are very good at what they do. They have been professionals for many years and are famous for their boxing ability. Still, if you want to acquire some heavyweight boxing records, you should study the best. Learning from the best means that you can be better for yourself.
Most records are set by professional boxers. Amateur boxing records are mostly unheard. That's because most boxers that are good enough to make a record have moved on into the professional league. Take Oscar de la Hoya for example. Oscar de la Hoya boxing records are top notch. This man is a great fighter, and it shows in his records. The same goes for Mike Tyson boxing records as well. Oscar de la Hoya records are similar because much of both of these fighters' careers were spent together. Many of the matches that one would set a records in were because they were fighting the other.
A lot of boxer's records have been set for years by them men who popularized the sport so long ago. Some of Mohammed Ali boxing records still stand. This is because very few men as good as him have come since. Ali's boxing records are simply outstanding. So are George Foreman's boxing records. Both of these men competed in the same time period, and sometimes with each other. George Foreman boxing records compete against Ali's all of the time. Sugar Ray Leonard boxing records was also good.
That doesn't mean that only old fighters stay at the top of the records. Larry Mercer boxing records and Larry Holmes boxing records are also very good. Although they don't have the same presence as some of the greats, they are still very good. You don't need boxing records with Rocky Balboa in order to be good at what you do.
So, now you know that you have a lot of competition. Not only is it hard to be good at boxing in general, but it is also hard to be able to beat the greats at what they did. Still, don't give up that hope.
