High School Wrestling

When most people think about wrestling, they either think of the stuff on television that is presented by professional wrestling promotions, or the high school wrestling competitions. Although the former kind of wrestling is very fun, high school wrestling is where a lot of the skill is shown. If you have a high school student, they may want to become one of the high school wrestlers. High school moves are different than that on professional wrestling. Where professional wrestling is all about the show and entertaining the audience, high school wrestling videos show just how much skill goes into it. There are many states that have great wrestling.

As far as high school rankings go, there are many states that sit at the top of the list. Iowa high school wrestling is very popular. The communities surrounding the high school always root for their home team. Being Iowa high school state wrestling's neighbor, Illinois high school wrestling is also very popular. The two states actually have a rivalry between them. This shows a lot during championships.

Another two states that have a lot of rivalries are Ohio and Indiana. They are also neighboring states. Ohio high school wrestling is just as important to the local community as Indiana high school wrestling. Because of that, competitions come down much more to skill than to pride. This means there will always be a fair fight between these two states.

Although Wisconsin and South Dakota are separated by a state, they still have a rivalry. This rivalry can't be blamed on being neighbors, though. The Wisconsin high school wrestling teams try hard to beat South Dakota high school wrestling teams because they have often been in close competition before. After all, if you are beat by someone, you will want to get revenge. That seems to be the case here. Oklahoma and California also like to compete a lot. California high school wrestling isn't as popular as other states, but they are still very good. The same goes for Oklahoma high school wrestling.

One of the best wrestling states is New Jersey. They have really good New Jersey high school wrestling teams, and this shows at all the meets. If you live in New Jersey, then you'll know just how important high school wrestling is to the community. The better the community is to the players and the team, the better they will likely do in their next meet.
